About the event
Join Grace Healing Group for a Reiki Share with an added layer of gentle self support using The Tapping Solution’s Daily Guidance deck, in partnership with Alice Holguin of Sacred Luz Healing. We will begin by choose a card for the message you need today. Each card offers an uplifting affirmation paired with a brief “Quick Tap” Tapping meditation to help the message land in your body, not just your mind.
Affirmations can be powerful, and sometimes they can also bring up inner resistance. Tapping supports the nervous system and helps move through that resistance in a simple, approachable way. After our card pull and group Tapping practice, we will transition into our Reiki Share, offering time to give and receive Reiki, connect with one another, and integrate what you received.
